Purpose: To identify and nominate members of the congregation who might serve on the Board of Trustees to the Congregation at the Annual Meeting, and to do likewise for committee positions and to recommend them to the Board during the year.

Duties:

• Meet to review and contact potential candidates for the future year’s Board vacancies.
• Recommend a slate of candidates to be voted in by the congregation at the annual meeting
• The Nominating Committee prefers to select a candidate for Vice President who will agree to serve on the Board for three years, first as Vice President, then President, and then Past President, to help provide important continuity on the Board.
