Personnel Committee

Purpose: To work with the Board of Trustees and the minister in hiring and evaluating staff.

Duties:

  • Develop personnel policies, salaries and benefits and recommend such policies to the Board of Trustees for their approval
  • Coordinate the above with the Finance Committee
  • Interview potential candidates for employment.
