Small Group Ministry

Purpose:

To educate the congregation about the benefits of small group ministry, to recruit facilitators in conjunction with the minister, to coordinate facilitator trainings with the minister, and schedule the groups.

Duties:

Facilitators meet monthly with the minister for supervision
Publicize the SGM program though the newsletter, brochures in the pews, conversation during coffee.
