Pastoral Care Associates are committed to providing a listening, caring, and spiritual presence to members of the church community. We aim to create sacred space for those in need. Confidentiality is central to our commitment.

Our goal is to listen and care, without judgment; to provide a space where congregants can share their pain, frustration or sorrow. We also coordinate with the Caring Committee, when more concrete help(meals, rides, etc.) is needed.

To sustain this ministry, we meet monthly with our minister to engage in training and to support each other in this work.

Our current Pastoral Care Associates are Sheila Cran-Berry, Sheila Donovan, Sue Haas, Lisa Kirk, Paul Travis, Cheryl Wolf-Variam, and Mary Zalewski. Jack Weltner and Judy Dunlop serve as co-leaders of the group.

If you are interested in meeting with a PCA, please talk to any of us, or call Minister Wendy or Church Administrator, Lyssa Anderson, at 781-631-1215. We will then arrange for someone to meet with you on a regularor as needed basis.
