Unitarian Universalist Church of Marblehead

Due to our commitment to be a Welcoming Congregation, we continue many of the programs that we have had for several years.

On-Going Education: Throughout the year we continue to educate the Church Community about current events concerning the GBLTQ community and our responsibilities towards the acceptance of Diversity in our Nation. 

 

Marriage Equality Status: On June 26, 2015, the US Supreme Court ruled that same-sex marriage is a constitutional right under the 14th Amendment to the Constitution, thereby making same-sex marriage legal throughout the United States. We honor and celebrate these unions.

 

Transgender Equality Status:  Transgender Rights is the current hurdle that we have to overcome.
